The Wandering SideCar Bar Co currently offers three mobile bars serving St. Louis and the surrounding areas. Ruthie is our 1960 Avalon & she has been renovated into a one-of-a kind vintage caravan bar. Birdie is our 1967 Holi horse-box bar and also an awesome bar on wheels. Our 1969 Chevy farm truck, Big Red is the hit of every party!  

 

What does The Wandering Sidecar Bar provide? We will arrive in style with our vintage bar and professionally trained staff.

We also have extras that include indoor bar options, galvanized tubs, chalkboards, and props.​

Are you licensed and insured? Yup, we’ve got everything covered and can provide proof of insurance to any venue.

What areas does The Wandering SCB service? Our home base is in St. Charles, Missouri, but we are always up for a road trip.

Where can The Wandering SCB party?  

The vintage caravan bar is 16ft long x 8ft tall x 8ft wide so the space must be able to accommodate her size. The horse-box bar is 8 ft long (11 ft with the hitch) x 6.7ft tall x 7ft wide. Our truck is 24 feet long. The space must be easily accessible and also we must park on flat ground. We prefer venues with an electric source though we can provide a generator if needed. If permits are required the client must obtain, but we can assist in this process.

Is The Wandering SCB just a bar? The Wandering SCB Co. is a unique and memorable event attraction that can cater to any style party or celebration. We love kiddo’s birthday parties, showers, corporate events, weddings, and photo shoots. Special pricing for bars, restaurants, retailer, and festivals.

How do we choose our drink menu? Our drinks menus are fully custom and chosen by the client with the assistance of the WSCB staff. We work with you to select the perfect selections for your guests. We carefully calculate to ensure an accurate amount for the event..

What constitutes a mixed drink vs, a crafted cocktail? Mixed drinks are typically 2-3 ingredients. It is a liquor based drink with a mixer. A crafted cocktail is usually a mixture of many ingredients including liquor, mixers, herbs, syrups, garnishes etc. It is made by hand or batched and requires careful preparation.

How much does The Wandering Sidecar Bar Co. cost to hire? 

We have a $750 event minimum and several packages for our clients to choose from. If these packages do not fit the needs of an event we can put together a custom plan for the client.
